Alley Action is a grass roots movement focusing on Increasing the quality of neighborhood life by providing inspiration and guidance to accomplish alley improvement projects. This movement is funded through a grant from the Lewis and Hortense Rubin Foundation, as well as support in kind from neighborhood organizations and local businesses.
